NorthStar was introduced to Clear Channel Airports (CCA), the nation’s largest indoor airport advertising company, when the CCA Executive team decided to update and enhance service operations within a large segment of airports. The most logical step entailed consolidating the existing independent contract businesses into two more established service companies - PM Source and Chandler Campbelle & Daschle (CC&D), both of which are Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise’s (ACDBE).
In order to win the 100+ airport service contracts, both PM Source and CC&D were tasked with proving to CCA they could accurately and seamlessly track field labor hours. Additionally, CCA desired the ability audit workflow on an ad-hoc basis, a feature that required real time visibility within each location.
