NorthStar was introduced to Clear Channel Airports (CCA), the nation’s largest indoor airport advertising company, when the CCA Executive team decided to update and enhance service operations within a large segment of airports. The most logical step entailed consolidating the existing independent contract businesses into two more established service companies - PM Source and Chandler Campbelle & Daschle (CC&D), both of which are Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise’s (ACDBE).

In order to win the 100+ airport service contracts, both PM Source and CC&D were tasked with proving to CCA they could accurately and seamlessly track field labor hours. Additionally, CCA desired the ability audit workflow on an ad-hoc basis, a feature that required real time visibility within each location.

NorthStar’s Resource Optimization Platform was the perfect solution. The mobile app collects GPS data, logs total hours worked, and completes “proof of performance” field survey audits. All data collected by the service reps comes back to a web-based management portal and is available for CCA, PM Source, and CC&D to review in one centralized location.The NorthStar program was successfully rolled out to both PM Source and Chandler in January 2020.
